Records will be provided during normal business hours - M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (unless there is an urgent need for a record)
Routine Requests = Subpoenas, Billing, Patient Requests, etc...
Urgent Requests = Immediate Medical info need, other as determined by Agency Representative
